Q: If for some reason the S3 can not happen due to pandemic, will you guys be offering partial credit towards a future event?

A: Yes! These are unusual times and we know it's a challenge for everyone. So what we will do is this... If you need to withdraw by your choice, the normal terms apply. If we are forced to cancel, up until September 23 we will give a full refund if you paid to sign up. If we have to cancel and it's after September 23 but before October 12, we will do a 100% deferral of the fees to another event. If you deferred to this event and it's before October 12, we'll reverse your deferral to what it was. If we have to cancel after October 12, we will do everything we can to compensate you, keeping in mind that most of the goods are paid for already.

 

Q: I would like to run S3 but not defer - can I just pay for registration on Sept 4?

A: Yes! If you deferred from another race, you are not obligated to use it now.

Q: Is S3 Ultra available to runners who didn’t chose deferral?

A: Yes! We offered racers who deferred their entries the first shot at it, but it'll be open registration.

Q: How about runners who deferred but don’t want to lose their guaranteed spots next year?

A: You can only use your deferral once, so if you want to use it next year, then just try to sign up normally.

 

Q: I didn't use my deferral when registration first opened - can I still use it now?

A: Yes! As long as there is room, contact us and we can get you a spot.

 

Q: Will it be flagged?

A: As fun as it sounds to throw you to the wolves, we will flag the course.
